Novak said the monitoring could include collecting data on exports of oil and oil products. CTS spokesman Sabah al-Numan said told state television on Tuesday that more than 60 neighborhoods in eastern Mosul , out of a total of about 80, had been recaptured since the offensive began. The CTS troops have so far killed 3,300 IS militants and destroyed 300 auto bombs in the battles of Mosul , according to Shghati.
