According to the Centers For Disease Control, the US smoking rate has dropped down to 15.1% as of 2015. According to the American Cancer Society , about 36.5 million people in the USA still smoke, but stopping can be tough. It's a drop-in event where smokers who want to quit can hear about resources, including free medications and even developing a plan to quit. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2007. The company faces ~4,800 lawsuits claiming the use of its baby powder led to ovarian cancer. The $417-million verdict on Monday is the third-largest jury award in the U.S. Currently, the baby product manufacturer is facing over 4,000 similar lawsuits, according to Reuters .
