With BlizzCon 2017 having already kicked off, many have been curious as to what Blizzard will unveil at the event.

The hero, revealed by Overwatch game director Jeff Kaplan at BlizzCon 2017, deals damage while healing her allies.

The debut trailer for Moira reveals some of her backstory-including her ties to Talon as a geneticist-and unique skills that distinguish her from other characters.

At BlizzCon, it was also announced that Moira is a two-star difficulty hero, making her notably more challenging to play than the current support fan favorite Mercy.

Finally, we leave you with this new Overwatch short called "Honor and Glory" that tells the emotional - seriously, there might be tears - story of how Reinhardt and his brother fought during the Omnic wars. And her power is all in her hands: Her left hand heals allies, while the right hand does long-range damage. Her main ability, biotic grasp, will allow her to use a small beam-like ability to heal a single target, or she can use her secondary ability, biotic orb, to heal in an AoE. Her ability to heal will be resource based, and it will be fueled by the amount of damage that she does.

Fade is a fairly simple ability that sees Moira teleport a short distance.

Coalescence - Moira channels a long-range beam that both heals allies and bypasses barriers to damage her enemies.

That was in reference to BlizzardWorld, a new map coming to the game that takes the form of a fantastic Blizzard theme park.

Blizzard World will be a hybrid map, which players will have to attack or defend a control point and then also escort or stop a payload.
