Roger Stone Banned From Twitter After Threatening CNN Anchors

Roger Stone Tweets Obscenities, Insults At CNN Anchors: Advises “Severe Punishment”

Stone wrote on Facebook that Twitter had notified him that the suspension would last only a few hours.

".@donlemon stop lying about about the Clinton's and Uranium you ignorant lying covksucker!" Stone tweeted that anchor Don Lemon was "dumber than dog sh-" and deserved to be mocked.

Political operative and Trump ally Roger Stone was suspended from Twitter on Saturday following an expletive-rich series of personal attacks against CNN. Twitter considers that a clearer violation of its policies than simply criticizing an individual by name.

Stone responded to his suspension from Twitter by threatening to file a lawsuit against the social media site for infringing on his First Amendment rights, Politico reported.

Stone condemned Twitter following the ban, telling Politico that "the battle against free speech has just begun" and that he will take legal action against Twitter.

"I wonder if these angry, racist Roger Stone tweets violate the @Twitter terms of service agreement", Boykin wrote.

"This is a odd way to do business and part and parcel of the systematic effort by the tech left to censor and silence conservative voices", Stone said on Sunday in an e-mail to Politico, warning that "the battle against free speech has just begun" and saying he planned to take legal action against Twitter. When it comes to removing tweets, the company added that one of the considerations is whether a tweet is of public interest or not. Mr. Stone told The Wrap he would sue Twitter. Stone helped Trump's campaign throughout 2016. Manafort and Stone were partners for years in a powerful conservative lobbying firm in Washington, D.C., and Manafort lists his permanent residence as a $1.5 million home in Palm Beach Gardens. "Do NOT get in my face when I call a cunt a cunt [sic]", Stone tweeted. Stone via his blog, StoneColdTruth, were not answered immediately on Sunday.
